Submissions are leads, not facts
We verify every tip against the restaurant's own website or social posts before it appears, and label how firm the source is. A weekly pass works through the queue; a monthly pass re-checks the whole board.
Tell us about it. Every submission is checked against the restaurant's own site or social posts before it appears — nothing goes on the board on a tip alone, and we say how firm each one is.
The link is the important part. A restaurant's own Instagram or Facebook post, or the specials page on their site, verifies in seconds. A bare claim can take a full sweep and still come back unconfirmed.
Also welcome: a deal that ended, a night that moved, or a wrong phone number.
Your submission is filed as a lead. Once a week we read the queue, open the link you gave, pull the restaurant's own site (sitemap and all the specials pages, not just the homepage), and search for their recent posts. If it holds up, it goes on the board with the right confidence marker and the date we confirmed it. If it doesn't, it goes in the checked-and-rejected list so nobody has to chase it twice. We don't publish your name or email; if you left an email and we have a question, we may write back.
